University of Waterloo to Create Blockchain and AI Lab With $1 Million Interop Labs Donation
Interop Labs has introduced a major $1 million donation to the College of Waterloo to ascertain the GENESIS Lab, a cutting-edge analysis facility targeted on the intersection of synthetic intelligence (AI) and blockchain expertise. This initiative, a part of the Laptop Analysis Endowment on the David R. Cheriton Faculty of Laptop Science, goals to foster collaboration between academia and business whereas attracting prime analysis expertise by means of PhD and undergraduate fellowships. The GENESIS Lab will discover scalable and safe distributed techniques, aligning with international tendencies in AI and blockchain innovation.
