Astar, Startale Labs announce Web3 partnership with Japanese telecom giant, KDDI 

Singapore-based Astar Community and Startale Labs have entered a memorandum of understanding with Japanese telecom agency KDDI to speed up societal adoption of blockchain know-how and innovate buyer experiences within the “Web3 period.”
