SEC Postpones Decision on Fidelity Investments’ Spot Ethereum ETF Application to March
The U.S. Securities and Change Fee (SEC) is delaying its choice on banking large Constancy’s spot market Ethereum (ETH) exchange-traded fund (ETF) till March.
In a brand new doc, the regulatory company says that it wants extra time to contemplate approving such a product – which was initially proposed in November and would see Constancy’s ETH-based ETF traded over the Chicago Board Choices Change (CBOE) – so it’s suspending its choice till March fifth.
