On 22 November 2024, Nokia introduced that its Board of Administrators is initiating a share buyback program to offset the dilutive impact of recent Nokia shares issued to the shareholders of Infinera Company and sure Infinera Company share-based incentives. The repurchases in compliance with the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) 596/2014 (MAR), the Fee Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 and beneath the authorization granted by Nokia’s Annual Common Assembly on 3 April 2024 began on 25 November 2024 and finish by 31 December 2025 and goal to repurchase 150 million shares for a most combination buy worth of EUR 900 million.
Whole value of transactions executed on 24 January 2025 was EUR 3,835,814. After the disclosed transactions, Nokia Company holds 231,670,526 treasury shares.
