Securitize Leverages Solana to Expand Tokenized RWA Offerings

Securitize has expanded its tokenized real-world asset (RWA) choices by integrating with Solana as a part of a brand new collaboration with Apollo International Administration. The partnership introduces a tokenized model of the Apollo Diversified Credit score Fund (ACRED), providing entry to non-public credit score investments on the blockchain.

The fund, which manages over $1.2 billion in property, will debut on a number of blockchain networks, together with Solana, Ethereum, Aptos, Avalanche, Polygon, and Ink, a Layer 2 blockchain developed by Kraken. Securitize’s integration with Solana will facilitate the tokenization of RWAs, marking the corporate’s first deployment on a blockchain. The initiative permits buyers to maneuver tokenized property throughout a number of networks, guaranteeing accessibility and interoperability.

To help cross-chain performance, Securitize leverages Wormhole, a blockchain interoperability platform. With this integration, ACRED tokens could be transferred seamlessly between completely different blockchains, increasing market entry for institutional and retail buyers.
